Mystic Cleaning Co – Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed prior to service. Access to the premises must be provided at the scheduled time. Mystic Cleaning Co reserves the right to adjust or refuse service if the property is unsafe or excessively cluttered.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may incur a $25 late-cancellation fee. Missed appointments or inaccessible homes may also incur a $25 fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, debit/credit card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and invoicing. Invoices unpaid after 48 hours may be subject to late fees.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Clients must report any service concerns within 24 hours. Mystic Cleaning Co will correct deficiencies at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided.

5. Safety & Liability

Mystic Cleaning Co is not responsible for pre-existing damage, accidents, or injuries occurring on the premises. We do not move heavy items over 25 lbs or work from heights exceeding two-step ladders. Pets must be secured; we are not responsible for escapes or injuries.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Mystic Cleaning Co reserves the right to refuse service to any client or property deemed unsafe
